All orders will be sent via Australia Post from our warehouse in Sydney.

International Shipping
We offer Australia Post international standard and international express for our international shipping services. All rates will be shown and calculated at Checkout.
Please Note: For international orders local taxes, import custom duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Jasso Beauty is not responsible for any additional fees please check with your custom office for any additional fees that may apply.
We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. For Parcel Lockers, please include the street address of the Parcel Locker location.
An email will be sent to you with your tracking number once your order has been processed. Orders are processed the next business day after placing your order. Delivery times may incur delays during holiday periods or extreme weather events.
We advise to use a shipping address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours Monday-Friday. If no one is present at the time of delivery, then the parcel may be taken to the nearest collection point and a collection card will be left for you.
If a parcel is returned to JASSO BEAUTY due to being unclaimed or because an incorrect address was submitted, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery handling and postage fee of up to $20. If the customer would prefer a refund, then the fee will then be deducted from the total order amount. JASSO BEAUTY is not responsible for unclaimed parcels or parcels that have had incorrect addresses submitted during the order.
JASSO BEAUTY is also not responsible where if a parcel has been lost or stolen unless this occurred during transit. We provide tracking numbers and the status 'Delivered' will signify that the order has been successfully received.
You give authority to leave orders without a signature that will not be required at the time of delivery unless requested by the buyer that signature is needed, extra shipping fees may occur. Please note though that If you have given authority to leave then JASSO BEAUTY will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels for your order if the tracking has been scanned as 'delivered'. JASSO BEAUTY are not responsible and liable for delays caused by our courier partners therefore refunds are not eligible due to uncontrollable events that caused by transit or delivery delays via our delivery network.
If Safe Drop or a redirection was requested for a parcel, then JASSO BEAUTY will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels in these cases.
Please ensure the address is correct when confirming your order to avoid any inconvenience.
