Refund policy

 Orders that have been dispatched will not be eligible for change of mind return/exchange once shipped, unless items inside the box are damaged when received.

 

JASSO BEAUTY offers a 30 day returns policy if the item inside the box is damaged/defective(excluding damaged box) when the item is received. If the 30 days has elapsed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

 

If you receive an item which is damaged inside the box please contact us at hello@jassobeauty.com.au with a copy of the receipt along with photos of the damaged product(s). Once approved we will arrange for your item(s) to be returned. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item along with the approval or rejection of your refund once inspected.

 

If the refund has been approved, the refund will be processed via the same method of payment. The refund may take a few days to appear on your bank account depending the time your bank to process our refunds request.
